Section 1: CERTIFICATIONS
The organization offers certification, certificate and membership programs as part of its education and advocacy efforts. The purchaser interested in purchasing certification, certificate or memberships understands the following:
Purchaser agrees that the fee paid by Student is non-refundable. Should the Purchaser decide not to pursue the course after enrolling, the Purchaser understands that any fees paid will not be refunded.
Program Duration: By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge and agree that you have up to three (3) to six (6) months to complete the program, depending on the course selected from the date of registration. This duration includes all coursework, assignments, assessments, and any other requirements specified for the program.
Registration and Payment: If you fail to complete the program within the designated three (3) to six (6) month period, you understand that you will be required to re-register for the program and pay the applicable fees to continue your studies. The registration process and fees will be communicated to you at the time of re-registration.
Termination: The program administration reserves the right to terminate your enrollment if you fail to comply with the program guidelines, codes of conduct, or any other policies set forth by the institution. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund or continuation of the program, and you may be subject to additional penalties or consequences as determined by the institution.
Installment Plans: The organization offers installment payment plans for programs for certain programs to individuals who qualify. The payment plans will not exceed four installments depending on the program's cost. Purchasers will be given access to the course once the Purchaser has paid at least fifty percent of the total amount for the course. Purchaser will receive their final certificate after the course has been paid in full. Partial refunds will not be issued for uncompleted programs.
For certifications, the certificate attesting to course completion will be emailed to the email address provided by the Purchaser at the time of registration and will be issued in the name of the Purchaser unless the Purchaser receives prior approval before starting the course. If Purchaser becomes certified by the Organization, StudentPurchaser agrees that the certification does not guarantee that the Student will be able to secure job opportunities, promotions, or a salary increase based on the certification.
