The Certified Hospitality Expert (CHEx) program is a continuing professional development program for senior hospitality leaders seeking to enhance their knowledge. It also serves as a valuable indicator of an individual's expertise, knowledge, and skills in hospitality. The program is for executives who currently oversee (or have overseen) a hospitality organization or a department within a hospitality organization.
The program offers seven hospitality management courses: Sales, Revenue Management, Financial Management, Rooms Division Management, F&B Operations, Hotel Operations, and Digital Marketing.
The program is 100% online and self-paced. The average completion time is 4 to 8 weeks; however, due to the course being self-paced, the completion time may vary.
After completing the Certified Hospitality Expert program, hospitality professionals will earn the Certified Hospitality Expert (CHEx) designation.
