The Facilities Management certificate course is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their knowledge of F&B facilities management. The course will teach learners about equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, emergency and fire safety practices, energy management, and other topics.
The course will help you develop the critical skills required for managing preventative maintenance and emergencies in the Food and Beverage department. You will also learn how to manage health inspections and comply with municipal or state/city regulations.
The course is offered jointly by the American Hospitality Institute and the International Hospitality Institute.
